When servicing Ford EcoBlue 2.0 L diesel engines (found in models like the Transit, Ranger, Focus, Mondeo, Galaxy, Kuga, S‑Max, etc.), you often need to remove the injectors - especially if you're working on the cylinder head, camshafts, or valve cover.

Effortless removal of seized injectors

The Govoni GO545 is specially engineered to extract Ford EcoBlue 2.0L injectors - including the piezo injector end - in one complete piece. No need to break off return pipes or piezo heads, preserving injectors for full re-installation.

OEM Equivalent Precision

Designed to meet Ford OEM 303-1706 standards, ensuring a perfect fit with the factory extraction procedure and maintaining safe torque limits (max 250 Nm) for smooth, controlled removal.

The GO545 is required for the extremely narrow nozzle sleeve. The sleeve sits deep in the injector shaft and often breaks when trying to remove the injector.

  • This tool will enable you to remove the injector nozzle completely!

Advantages:

The pull spindle can be attached to the original M17x0.75 internal thread.
If this threaded part is damaged or torn off during the extraction process, a new M16x1.5 mount can be created in the nozzle body to allow the rest of the injector to be extracted safely.
